Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Blueprint-Tech Limited governing your use of the Loft Calendar iOS application (the Service).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you obtained the Service through the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Blueprint-Tech Limited, not Apple. Apple's App Store terms and Standard EULA apply, including warranty and limitation-of-liability provisions, which prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and the Standard EULA.

1. Eligibility and licence

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Service on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the calendar entries, diary content, and other material you create or import through the Service (Your Content). You are responsible for Your Content and for maintaining appropriate backups. Uninstalling the Service may result in the permanent loss of on-device data.

3. Third-party services, advertising, and purchases

The Service may permit you to connect optional third-party services, including Apple Calendar and external calendar feeds, subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. Calendar and holiday information is provided for general informational purposes only.

If you do not hold an active Loft Calendar Premium subscription, banner advertisements may be displayed within the main application after the applicable introductory period, through Google's Mobile Ads SDK, as described in our Privacy Policy. An active Premium subscription removes banner advertising within the main application.

Loft Calendar Premium is offered through Apple's App Store. Payment processing and refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where the mandatory laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
