These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iOS application(s) (the “App”) provided by Blueprint-tech Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

2. Intellectual Property All content, design, and functionality in the App are the proprietary property of Blueprint-tech Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Advertising The App may include advertisements served by Google AdMob. Your use of advertising services is also governed by Google’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint-tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong
