Terms of Service

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Blueprint-Tech Limited for the KeyCal+ iOS app and calculator keyboard extension (the Service).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

If you downloaded KeyCal+ from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Blueprint-Tech Limited, not Apple. Apple’s App Store terms and Standard EULA also apply and prevail over these Terms where they conflict. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Licence

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Service on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Your Content

You own the calculations, notepad drafts, and other material you create in KeyCal+ (Your Content). You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping backups. Uninstalling the app or removing the keyboard may permanently delete on-device data.

3. Third-Party Apps

KeyCal+ runs inside apps you choose (for example Messages or Notes). Those apps have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how third-party apps handle your text.

4. Calculations Disclaimer

Currency and unit conversions, including rates from Frankfurter, are for general convenience only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or engineering advice. Check any result that matters before you rely on it.

You use calculation, conversion, and insert results at your own risk.

5. Trial, Free Tier, and Pro

30-day Pro trial. For 30 days from first open, you receive full Pro access at no charge.

Free tier. Without Pro after the trial, the calculator keeps working; Pro features are limited. When you tap = to insert into another app, KeyCal+ may append a short fixed promotional line on your device (for example — KeyCal+ (free)), as described in our Privacy Policy. This is not third-party advertising.

Pro (lifetime). One purchase removes the promotional line and unlocks Pro features. Apple processes payment; refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple’s App Store terms.

6. Full Access

Allow Full Access is optional. Basic calculate-and-insert works without it. Enable Full Access only if you want Copy and Paste on the SCI panel; those keys access the clipboard only when you tap them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint-Tech Limited disclaims warranties not required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where mandatory laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
