Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Blueprint-Tech Limited (Loft Calendar, we, us, or our) processes personal data—information relating to an identified or identifiable individual—in connection with the Loft Calendar iOS application (the Service).
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
1. Personal data we receive
We do not collect or store your calendar events, diary entries, or similar content on servers operated by Blueprint-Tech Limited.
Customer support. When you contact us at support@blueprint-tech.io, we receive your email address and any personal data you choose to include in your correspondence. You are not required to contact us in order to use the Service.
Advertising. When banner advertisements are displayed, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process device and advertising-related information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We request non-personalized advertisements by default. We do not supply your calendar or diary content for advertising.
2. Personal data on your device and connected services
On your device. Diary entries and calendar data you enter—such as event titles, dates, locations, notes, and reflection text—are stored and processed on your iPhone. We do not receive or store that content on our servers.
Services you connect. If you enable Apple Calendar synchronisation, Apple and your configured calendar accounts may process and sync event data under their privacy policies. If you import a remote calendar feed, the feed host may process a standard download request (for example, your IP address and the time of access). In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card information.
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data we hold to respond to your enquiries and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your calendar or diary content for that processing.
When banner advertisements are shown, Google (not Blueprint-Tech Limited) processes advertising-related data to deliver and measure those advertisements, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your calendar or diary content with advertisers.
An active Loft Calendar Premium subscription removes banner advertising within the main application. Premium status is verified through Apple StoreKit on your device.
4. Retention
Personal data in support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry, typically not longer than twenty-four (24) months, unless law requires longer. Personal data on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the Service. Data processed by Google in connection with advertising is retained in accordance with Google's policies.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you by contacting support@blueprint-tech.io
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the Last updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
